Become a HSFC Volunteer!

An hour, or thirty minutes, once a month would mean a lot to the homeless pets in Forsyth County.

Can you spare half of 1% of your time during a month?

Please note:  Due to legal liability, if you are under the age of 18, you must be accompanied by a parent.

Off-site Adoption Days    Team Lead:  Kuki Gardner

  • Warmly greet and chat with people who are interested in adopting a pet from the Humane Society of Forsyth County.

  • Take an active interest in getting to know each pet so you can answer questions and refer them to the proper individuals to answer any questions you are unable to answer.

  • Supervise prospective adopters during interaction with pets outside of their crate or pen (the safety and protection of our pets and the public is very important).

  • Walk dogs and take them to the "restroom" area.
