Items that are needed:
Following is a list of items that we can always use for our wonderful pets. We are very appreciative of anything that we receive and thank you in advance.
Dog items:
Medium to big rawhides for the dogs to chew on (no little stick type) – really love Begging Strips & Canned dog & puppy food – good quality
Rope pulls toys
Great big dog beds
Good quality dog & puppy food only – such as Diamond (can be purchased at Pet Vet in Cumming), Chicken Soup for the Dog Lover (can be purchased at Sawnee Feed Store at Spot Rd/Hwy 9, Nutra-Max, Pro-Plan, Science Diet
Also wet dog food for a special treat for the dogs on occasion
Used twin & full comforters or blankets for bedding
Igloo dog houses
X large dog carriers
X large collapsible wire crates
Kongs
Collars & leashes
Cat items:
Scratching post (little or big) – box type with catnip that they love
Cat climbers
Cat bedding – standard size pillows, pillow cases, sheets, blankets – no wicker baskets
Cat litter – clay or scoopable-preferred
Good quality cat & kitten food only – Chicken Soup for the Cat Lovers Soul, Iams kitten
Used afghans, bedspreads, small comforters for bedding
Whiskas soft treats
Live traps (for feral cats)
